With a passion for all things creative, Melissa founded MFI in 2020 after working as a junior designer for two local firms. She received her interior design education through Cal Berkeley Extension, her global travels, and hands on experience in design. She is a life long learner and who begin each day with design industry research. Melissa feels passionate about getting to know her clients, who they are, how they live in their space, and bringing their personal style to the most enviable of heights.

Lindsay joined the MFI team as a designer in 2022. She comes from a background in environmental sustainability and holds dual masters degrees in Natural Resources and Sustainable Development and International Affairs and a certificate in Renewable Energy Technologies. Lindsay has supported several LEED building certification projects and one of the first WELL building project’s in the U.S. She is pursuing her LEED credential to help MFI become a leader in creating beautiful, healthy, efficient and environmentally conscious interiors.

Linda is the backbone of our operations. With a keen eye for detail and a knack for organization, Linda seamlessly manages billing, invoicing, and order placement. As your primary point of contact, she's here to address any queries regarding deadlines and deliverables, ensuring your needs are met with promptness and precision. With Linda at the helm, expect nothing short of smooth operations and exceptional service.

Maren joined MFI as a Design Assistant in 2024, following her graduation with a degree in Interior Design from the New York Institute of Art and Design. She has always possessed a keen eye for design and organization, fueled by a longstanding passion for the field. Currently, Maren is pursuing her AutoCAD certification to further enhance MFI's capacity to conceptualize and visualize future spaces effectively.
